Terms of Use & End-User License Agreement
Last updated: August 1, 2026
echo·11 is currently a free, invite-only beta. No payments are collected and no paid subscription is offered.
These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Shira Sarid, who operates echo·11 as a personal project (the “Operator”), governing your use of the app. echo·11 is made by an independent creator based in Israel — not a registered company. Contact: shirasarid@gmail.com. By accessing or using echo.||, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use echo.|| for your own non-commercial wellness and entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.
echo.|| is a wellness and entertainment tool — not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Your use is subject to our Medical Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to use echo.||. During the beta, signing in only personalizes the app on your own device — no account is created on any server (see our Privacy Policy). You are responsible for activity on your device and for keeping it secure. You may use core features as a guest.
3. Beta access — free, no payments
echo·11 is currently a free, invite-only beta. There are no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, and no fees; no payment information is collected, so no billing or refund terms apply. During the beta, features may change, be reset, or become unavailable without notice. If a paid plan is ever introduced, it will be announced clearly in the app and these Terms will be updated first — nothing will ever be charged silently.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source from the app except as permitted by law; resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app or its content; interfere with its security or operation; or use it in any unlawful manner.
5. Intellectual property
The app, its design, text, audio engine, brand, and content are owned by the Operator and protected by law. No rights are granted except the limited license above.
6. Safety acknowledgment
You confirm you have read the Medical Disclaimer and will not use binaural or sound sessions while driving or operating machinery, and that you will consult a physician first if you have epilepsy or a seizure disorder, a pacemaker, or are pregnant.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any particular result.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app. Because the beta is free, the Operator’s total liability will not exceed USD $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some may not apply to you.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability, governing law) survive termination.
10. Governing law & changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules, unless your local mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
