echo.|| is a sound-based wellness and entertainment tool. It is designed to support relaxation and focus. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.
The content, frequencies, and sessions in echo.|| are provided for general wellbeing and entertainment only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or another qualified health provider with any questions about a medical condition.
1. No medical claims
Any descriptions of brainwave states, “binaural beats,” or frequency “protocols” describe a general listening experience and commonly reported associations. They are not clinical claims. Individual responses vary, and no specific outcome is promised or guaranteed.
2. Consult a professional first
Do not use echo.|| as a replacement for care from a licensed professional. Consult your physician before use if you:
- have epilepsy or any seizure disorder;
- have a pacemaker or other implanted medical device;
- are pregnant;
- have a heart condition, or a psychological or neurological condition;
- are under the care of a medical professional or taking medication that may be affected by relaxation or sound stimulation.
3. Safe-use guidelines
- Never use while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything that requires your full attention. Sessions are intended for use while seated or lying down in a safe environment.
- Keep volume at a comfortable, moderate level to protect your hearing.
- Stop immediately and discontinue use if you experience any discomfort, dizziness, headache, anxiety, nausea, or unusual sensations — and consult a professional if symptoms persist.
- echo.|| is not intended for children without adult supervision and professional guidance.
4. Headphones
Binaural frequencies rely on each ear receiving a slightly different tone and therefore require stereo headphones to be experienced as intended. This is an audio-design requirement, not a therapeutic instruction.
5. Assumption of risk
By using echo.||, you acknowledge that you do so voluntarily and at your own risk, and that the Operator is not liable for any outcome arising from your use, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This disclaimer forms part of our Terms of Use.
6. Emergencies
echo.|| does not provide emergency or crisis services. If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, call your local emergency number or seek immediate professional help.
